📖 Our Story

I’ve worked in the cleaning industry since my early 20s. For decades, this work has been my foundation — supporting my family and shaping my understanding of discipline, consistency, and care. Over the years, I’ve worked in hospitals, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and office buildings, learning firsthand that details matter and standards must never slip.

Nearly a decade ago, I shared my goal of starting my own cleaning company. At the time, I recognized I wasn’t ready — so I focused on building experience. Life eventually gave me a wake-up call when a loved one needed a kidney transplant. I made the decision to donate mine, and before surgery, I made a promise: if I came through it, I would finally build the business I had envisioned.

I survived — and I kept that promise.

I spent a year investing in equipment piece by piece, laying a foundation built on preparation — not shortcuts. My son, just 12 at the time, designed the Clean Care Tech logo — the same one we proudly use today. With the support of my wife and family, Clean Care Tech became a reality.

Clean Care Tech is more than a business — it’s a mission. Too often, cleaning technicians are underpaid, overworked, and undervalued, despite being essential to how our world functions. Hospitals, schools, offices, restaurants, and entire communities depend on this work being done right.
