Flat-Fee Pricing
Our pricing is based on the square footage of your facility and the specific services requested. This makes booking simple, transparent, and customized to your needs.

Rate Adjustments
From time to time, we may adjust our rates to reflect increases in operating costs. If this occurs, clients will always be notified in advance.

Scheduling & Technician Availability
While we do our best to honor client preferences, we cannot guarantee the same cleaning technician for every service. An estimated arrival time will be provided the day before your scheduled cleaning.

Frequency Discounts
Discounts may apply for recurring services. If the frequency of cleanings changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

Rescheduling & Postponements
If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Longer gaps between cleanings often require additional time and labor to restore your facility, which may affect pricing.

Cancellations

  • Future services: Please contact us directly if you need to cancel all future scheduled cleanings.
  • Last-minute changes: Because technicians are scheduled in advance, cancellations or reschedules made less than two (2) business days before a scheduled service may incur a $50 fee.
  • Denied access: If a technician arrives and is unable to gain access, the full cost of the scheduled cleaning will be charged.

Billing & Payment

  • A valid credit card must be kept securely on file at the time of scheduling.
  • Your card will be charged on the day of service.
  • If a card is declined, we will notify you immediately. Services will be paused if payment is not received within four (4) business days.
