Pricing and Payment Policies
- Flat- Fee Price. We make it easy to book with us! Pricing is established on the square footage of your facility and the services you request.
- Rate Increases. We maintain the right to raise our rates as necessary to adjust for costs and will always provide notice in advance.
- Scheduling Preferences. The availability of a specific cleaning technician is not guaranteed. An estimated arrival time is given the day before your cleaning.
- Frequency Discounts. Making changes to the frequency of your cleaning schedule may result in pricing changes to consider the discount that would have applied to future cleanings.
- Postponing & Cancelling. Please contact us for any changes to your schedule. An extended time between one or more cleanings means our technicians will have to do additional work to restore your facility to an adequate condition.
- Cancellations. Please contact us if you need to cancel all future scheduled cleanings.
- Last-minute Changes. Cleaning technicians are scheduled in advance and last-minute changes deny them income. If you cancel or reschedule less than two business days before a scheduled service, we reserve the right to charge a $150 last-minute change fee to help make up for lost income.
- Denied Access. If you do not cancel a cleaning and a technician arrives at your location and is denied access or is unable to gain entry, you will be charged for the entire cost of the scheduled cleaning to compensate the cleaning technician for their lost income.
- Billing. A credit card is required to be kept securely on file when scheduling your initial service and will be charged on the day of each cleaning. If for any reason your card on file is declined, we will notify you to request a remedy. If payment is not received within four (4) business days after a cleaning all services will be paused until payment is made.
